V-COMM Awarded Contract to Assist with Radio System in Cape May County, NJ

Cranbury, NJ (October 24, 2019)—V-COMM, a leading telecommunications engineering firm, was hired by Cape May County, New Jersey to help expand the County’s 700 megahertz (MHz) Project 25 (P25) system in conjunction with New Jersey’s Public Safety Interoperable Communications (PSIC) network.

In addition to improving existing sites around the county, V-COMM will also oversee the site development and installation of two new tower sites to enhance its county-wide public safety radio communications system. The system will serve first responders locally and provide state-wide interoperability.

“V-COMM is providing the advice and direction we’ve been looking for to properly manage and improve public safety communications for both the first responders and residents of Cape May County and beyond,” said Martin Pagliughi, Emergency Management Coordinator for Cape May County.
